The legendary Renault 5 is back as an electric car but, is this a retro EV reboot or just another verpriced lookalike? I like that it's upto 249 miles of range and is a good competition to the Mini and Fiat 500e. Read that it's paired with either a 40kWh or 52kWh battery. Anyone else excited about this electric take on a classic? Thinking it might be a fun city car!

I'm curious as to how long it takes to charge, considering that it has a 52kWh battery and a sufficient range to go with it. I have an idea about how this car will be used to its maximum efficiency but more information is needed, the exterior and aesthetics of this car are just like a time travel experience with its classic look.

I’m all about the tech here. The 40kWh and 52kWh options sound solid, and if Renault has improved efficiency, it could be a real contender. I’m excited to see how the platform performs, especially compared to similar-sized EVs like the Mini SE. The 249 miles of range is impressive for a car in this category. If it has smart city features, it could be a game-changer for urban EV enthusiasts.
